Homeboy Sandman - Learns to Drive Stick.

Homeboy Sandman, Part of NY's AOK Collective (consisting of artists like P.Casso, Fresh Daily, and Nola Darling just to name some), is a nice guy. When I saw him and his fellow crew members a few months back at the now-defunct Knitting Factory, he was standing outside the venue talking to fans after. He seemed approachable, since half of the crowd was won over by his performance and told him so as they walked by. He seemed really down to earth, and he is not afraid to get the crowd's emotions going. ON TOP OF ALL THIS, he hosts a monthly spoken word/rap event in the city. Gotta respect artists truly supporting other artsts.
