Remember when this video came out? Oh yeah, that's right, you were too young to remember. I had to choose this video for Throwback Thursdays because it's just fresh and reminds me when Hip Hop & R&B first blended into a single art-form and represented an attitude that's far different than today.

Shoutout to my best friend from a another mother, Donnell and his sister Crystal. Without them, my days wouldn't have been spent being exposed to early Hip Hop.
